30-day money-back guarantee. If PUB Rescue is not right for you, write to hello@pub-rescue.com or use the link in your Paddle receipt within 30 days of your purchase. We refund the full price, and you don't have to give a reason.
- How it works: Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, processes the refund to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval. See also Paddle's refund policy.
- After a refund: the licence ends and its key is blocked (terms, section 13.2). Please delete it. PUB Rescue keeps working as a free trial.
- Try before you buy: the trial converts all your files to PDF with a trial mark and shows the full report, so you can check your own files first.
- Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland): at checkout you ask us to deliver the licence key straight away and confirm that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the key is delivered. Our 30-day guarantee still applies.
- After 30 days: a refund is still possible if PUB Rescue does not work as described and we cannot fix it. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
- Upgrades: the refund for an upgrade to Business is the price you paid for the upgrade. The Business key is blocked and your Personal licence applies again: we lift the block on your Personal key, or, if the app no longer accepts it, send you a new Personal key.
