Tell us what went wrong.
A file that didn't convert well is the most useful thing you can send us. We improve PUB Rescue with real files.
Report a file that converted badly
Email hello@pub-rescue.com and attach:
- the original .pub file;
- the PDF or PowerPoint file PUB Rescue made from it;
- the report: the report file for that file from your output folder, or the whole batch with Export report in PUB Rescue;
- a sentence on what looks wrong and on which page;
- your PUB Rescue version (in About) and your Windows version.
If the files are too large to email, put them in a zip file or send a link from a file-sharing service you already use.
What we do with your files
We use them only to reproduce and fix the problem. Only the people who develop PUB Rescue for us see them. We don't publish them or give them to anyone else, and if we'd like to keep a file as a test file, we ask you first. We delete your emails and files once the problem is fixed, and no later than 12 months after you sent them. Your files may contain personal data about you or other people, so send only files you may share. More in our privacy notice.
